1. Scope of This Page

This page is the designated channel for formal legal and regulatory correspondence with SCOVR Ltd. It covers:

  • Legal notices — cease and desist, intellectual property claims, court orders, and official service of process.
  • Formal complaints — unresolved disputes about the Service that have not been satisfactorily addressed through standard support channels.
  • Regulatory enquiries — requests from data protection authorities, government bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Dispute notifications — pre-litigation notices and alternative dispute resolution requests.

3. Formal Complaints

If you have an unresolved concern about the Service and have already attempted to resolve it through our standard support channels, you may submit a formal complaint using the form below.

A formal complaint should include:

  • A clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
  • The dates on which the issue occurred and any previous contact you have had with us about it.
  • Any relevant reference numbers, screenshots, or supporting documentation.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If the matter is complex and requires additional time, we will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.

If you remain dissatisfied after our response, EU residents may escalate to the relevant national supervisory authority. For data protection matters, the competent authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. SCOVR does not subscribe to a specific ADR entity; the ODR platform is available as an alternative.
