If you remain dissatisfied after our response, EU residents may escalate to the relevant national supervisory authority. For data protection matters, the competent authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. SCOVR does not subscribe to a specific ADR entity; the ODR platform is available as an alternative.
